Yes, that’s right. He’s been sick since Thursday, and he voluntarily asked for the first of the Harry Potter series to read, “just to see what all the fuss was about”.
So of course, being the good little JK Rowling minion that I am, I meekly supplied him with the first book. That one took him awhile, but NOW:
He’s on book NUMBER THREE!!
BW HAAAA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
And I’m not gonna gloat. I’m not. Really. Maybe just a little. What the heck, a little dance too. Including shaking the butt and whipping the arms around above my head.
I asked him, what do you think now of it? And he blushed.

Today Germany. Tomorrow…The World!!!
That’s how I was with Anne Rice and the vampire chronicles. After interview, which I still don’t care for, I fell in love. Armand has to be one of my all time faves. But Lestat (once I got the image of Tom Cruise out of my head. ;SHUDDERS: eewwwwwww. ) I just loved. I was sad to hear she was finished writing about him. I always wanted more. We know that he had been with dozens of village girls before he was changed. Fathers were always at the gate demanding he do the right thing. There had to be offspring. Sooo, what would have happened if at some point he encountered his own blood line down through the centuries? I wanted to see him take them under his wing and nurture them. Even more so if said great great great grandson was gay. lol. I know, I’m strange. But he loved Quinn in the last two books. And he sorted was related, through the Mayfair books.
Turn hubs onto Anne Rice next. He’s on the right road.
Yay! Another convert! Chris has read 1-5 but isn’t interested in going any farther. Honestly, I;m not sure we can stay married.
Deb tried to get me to read them but I resisted for a while. Now I have read them all and she has a couple to go. I guess she got distracted by vampires. Damn those hot bad boys! I am so sad Harry’s story is over.
